Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: September 2026. B2BFlow is operated by kam. This policy applies to all email, WhatsApp, and other messaging sent through the platform.
1. Permission-based marketing only
B2BFlow, operated by kam, is a platform for managing relationships and communicating with people who have chosen to hear from you. You may only send email or WhatsApp marketing messages to contacts who have given you valid, documented consent (opt-in), or with whom you have an existing business relationship that permits the message under applicable law. B2BFlow must not be used to send unsolicited bulk communications ("spam"), cold outreach at scale, or any message the recipient has not agreed to receive.
2. Prohibited list practices
You must not upload, import, purchase, rent, scrape, harvest, or otherwise use contact lists that were collected without consent. This includes purchased lead databases, lists copied from websites or directories, and contacts collected by third-party scraping tools. Every contact in your account must have a consent source (for example a signup form, a marketplace inquiry they sent you, a checkout, or a documented business relationship).
3. Consent records
You are responsible for keeping evidence of consent: when it was given, how it was given, and what the contact agreed to receive. B2BFlow records opt-in and consent status on contact profiles and enforces consent filters in WhatsApp broadcasts. If a contact asks how you obtained their details, you must be able to answer.
4. Opt-out and suppression
Every marketing email must include a working unsubscribe mechanism, and unsubscribe requests must be honored promptly and permanently. Unsubscribed and bounced contacts are added to suppression lists and must not be mailed again. On WhatsApp, a contact's request to stop (including "STOP" replies) must be respected immediately, and marketing templates may only be sent to contacts with recorded opt-in, in line with Meta's WhatsApp Business policies.
5. Content rules
Messages must clearly identify you as the sender, include accurate subject lines, and provide valid contact details. You must not send deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content; malware or phishing links; illegal products or services; or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
6. WhatsApp Business policy
WhatsApp messaging through B2BFlow runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform and is subject to Meta's Business Messaging Policy. Template approval, quality ratings, per-user limits, and opt-in requirements apply. Attempting to circumvent these controls (for example by sending marketing content through utility templates) is a violation of this policy.
7. Monitoring and enforcement
We monitor complaint, bounce, and unsubscribe rates and may review campaigns, lists, and message content. If we detect unsolicited sending, excessive complaints, or list abuse, we may suspend sending, restrict features, or terminate the account — without refund where the breach is serious or repeated. We may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
8. Your responsibility
You are the sender of record for every message sent from your account and are responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and messaging-consent laws in your recipients' jurisdictions (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy, CASL, and local regulations). Using B2BFlow's compliance features does not transfer this responsibility to kam.
9. Reporting abuse
If you received a message you did not sign up for from a B2BFlow customer, or want to report abuse of the platform, contact us through the contact page and we will investigate.
