Yes. OTP Token Pack for Onboarding sits on top of Starter, Growth, Business or Enterprise — you keep your current plan and its features, and this pack simply adds capacity or service on top.
How is it billed?+
$60 for one-time pack, charged once. The pack adds tokens to your workspace balance, and the balance is drawn down as codes and activation messages are sent.
What happens when the pack runs out?+
The token balance is used up as verification codes and activation messages are sent. When it runs low, another pack can be requested — nothing renews on its own.
Do provider or third-party charges apply?+
Where a pack relies on an outside provider — SMS, WhatsApp messaging, email delivery — the provider's own usage charges are billed separately by that provider and are not part of the pack price.
Who can enable it in my workspace?+
An administrator in your workspace can turn the pack on and assign it to the accounts that need it. The related feature stays visible to the people who use it every day.
